This nomination was effective on October 1, 2023. She thus replaces her father, Alain Sebban, the Founder and CEO of the Group since its creation in 1981.
Previously the General Manager of the VATEL Business Schools located in Nimes (1999), Lyon (2007) and Nantes (2013), Karine Sebban-Benzazon has extensive professional experience interacting closely with both faculty members and students in our Group. She will be working to extend the outreach of VATEL’s courses, and in particular the national and international development of our Group as well as rolling out our new VATEL Academy campus model (vocational schools offering training in technical professions in the hospitality and catering industries).
"I’m extremely honored and enthusiastic to be replacing my father as the CEO of VATEL GROUP. Though our primary goal remains accompanying each student so they will succeed and be fulfilled, I’ll be committed to helping tomorrow’s generations progress in a stimulating and healthy framework, one that matches our family’s values.”
Karine Sebban- Benzazon, VATEL GROUP CEO.
Founded in 1981 by Jocelyne and Alain Sebban, VATEL is now the 1st Worldwide Business School Group in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
